The Truth of Time- Understanding Dimensions
To begin the journey of finding ourselves, the first thing we all must do is understand the world that we live in. By this I am not referring to the location or era we are in, but the dimension we live in.
Right now every one of us reading these words is currently living out life on the physical plane. In order for us to survive in the physical world, there are ‘rules’ or ‘tools’ as I call them to help us navigate our existence. As we begin to see what is ‘real’ or not from a higher perspective, it is important to understand that although physical rules such as time and space govern our physical bodies and experiences, they do not ring true for our souls.
Time is not what it seems, or what we think it is. Like all things, time is based on perspective. The idea that time is a forward-moving continuum is no more than a theory that we use to help us organize ourselves in each lifetime. The understanding of time is simply based on what we’ve learned to be true. And when we gain the consciousness to understand that time is what we think it to be, we can begin to understand what it really is. That is, the NOW. Everything we’ve ever done or are going to do is happening right now, for in reality, there is no other time for it to happen.
The reason I find the truth behind time so interesting is because it minimizes the perspective of being `caught` or `held` in the physical world. Understanding that time is changeable allows us the flexibility to work at our own pace, void of the pressures of the outside world’s expectations. When we feel less pressured, we feel lighter and more in control of our own existence and growth. We set up goals that reflect our own soul’s desires and as we reach our goals (our lessons) we gain strength and confidence from the inside out. So ultimately, we begin to experience real happiness.
